She founded LMC Practice Management LLC in 2015 to create a higher standard for ophthalmology revenue cycle management. What began as a specialized service company developed into a nationwide organization focused on helping independent ophthalmology practices strengthen their operations, visibility, and long-term value.
Lindsay later developed The PAVE Framework™, a proprietary revenue cycle and practice-infrastructure model designed to help independent ophthalmology practices protect autonomy, align operations, visualize performance, and enhance value.
Beyond LMC, Lindsay develops original books, brands, frameworks, and creative properties. She is the creator of Jasper’s American Tails, a children’s historical adventure series designed to make American history feel vivid, approachable, and worth exploring.
Whether she is building a revenue cycle model, developing a visual identity, or creating a fictional world, her approach remains consistent: understand the purpose, clarify the idea, and build it with intention.
